Our Story

Founded in 2007 by Kendra Nicholas Nash of Nash Design Group, PARC Staging built its reputation on creating clean, polished spaces that help homes sell.

After Kelly Kirk acquired the business in 2021, she expanded PARC’s services to include design for homeowners and investment properties alike. With a degree in Interior Design, over 30 years of design and marketing experience, and a lifelong connection to real estate, Kelly combines her creative expertise with a practical understanding of what makes spaces both beautiful and profitable.
